One address, read by the person who built Laalten:

hello@laalten.com

There is no support queue and no ticket system. Messages go straight to the developer, who reads all of them and replies to the ones that need a reply.

What to write about

Beta access

The beta is invite-only until 1 August 2026. If you signed in and were told you are on the launch list, you are — nothing further is needed, and you will get one email on the day it opens. If you believe you should already have access and do not, say so and we will check.

Bugs

Useful things to include: what you were designing, what you expected, what happened instead, your browser, and — if it concerns an export — the format and roughly how complex the model was. Share links generated by the studio encode the whole design, so pasting one tells us more than a description can.

Your data

Deletion, a copy of what is stored, removing a published design from the library, or coming off the launch list — all of these go to the same address and are covered in more detail under Privacy.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, please report it here rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Reports are welcome and taken seriously.

Site classification and filtering

If you are a network operator, security vendor or filtering service and have questions about this domain, please get in touch — we would rather answer than be guessed at. Laalten is a 3D-printing design tool; it does not solicit passwords, take payments, or distribute executables. What the site does and why it opens on a sign-in screen is set out under About, and what it stores is set out under Privacy.
